This project was completed in September 2023 with the Nashville Predators. I was hired by the Nashville Predators to design a new logo to celebrate Hispanic and Latin American Heritage Month. My mission was to create a logo that represented Latinos everywhere. I decided to use the countries official flowers since they are beautiful representations of the colorful countries. Flowers are not only beautiful but they are representative of so much more. Many of the flowers have medicinal qualities, and even mythical stories attached to their significance. Close up: I was so excited when I saw the jersey close up. Originally this jersey was supposed to have a printed logo on it but I suggested they do an embroidered logo. Since the original plan was to do a printed logo, I was so delighted to see the embroidered effect on the logo and the overall design. The embroidery definitely elevated the design and brought to life my vision for the logo.

Me next to my design. It was a night to remember for me. I was so grateful for the opportunity to be the first Mexican-American designer for their annual Hispanic Heritage Night Logo.
